Our local government case studies
Our flagship local government implementation with multi-year offshore support contract. We have also secured further work with West Lancashire Borough Council.
Landing with Strategic Portfolio Management in 2018, we became their leading partner supporting the entire ServiceNow platform.
We also support Manchester Airport Group, owned by AGMA (10 Manchester Authorities).
From 2019, our partnership has grown from ITSM process design and Strategic Portfolio Management for demand, assets and core project management through to transition of platform management from Sopra Steria.
We supported Hertfordshire as they transitioned services from Serco to an in-house operation, delivering platform management and advisory support to develop their ServiceNow roadmap.
Transitioning from Kent County Council in 2018, we delivered ITSM, asset management and ITOM, then an early version of HR Service Desk and Customer Service Management to Cantium, as a services provider.
From initial advisory on ITSM and HR, during COVID we built custom apps for vulnerable people and contact tracing. Recent projects are Strategic Portfolio Management, workplace management and complex integrations.
Commencing in 2020 as they transitioned in-house, we delivered ITSM, and Customer Support Management focussed on schools and paid services. We additionally provided IT asset management support and platform management.
